WeaveCal (“we”, “us”) is operated from the Netherlands. This policy explains what personal data we process and why. Contact: info@weldhost.com.

Waitlist (this website)

If you join the waitlist we store your email address and language preference, solely to contact you about WeaveCal’s availability. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing. You can request deletion at any time via the email above.

The WeaveCal app

When you use the app, we process:

• Google account & calendar data: with your consent, we read your calendar events and create or change events you have approved. Calendar data is used only to provide scheduling features and is never used for advertising.
• Goals and preferences: the planning goals and settings you enter.
• AI processing: event titles/times and your goals may be sent to our AI provider to generate planning suggestions. They are not used to train models.

WeaveCal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage & processors

Data is stored with Supabase (database & authentication) and this website is hosted on Vercel. We keep data only as long as your account exists; deleting your account removes your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data by emailing info@weldhost.com.
