These terms apply to the WeaveCal app and website. By using WeaveCal you agree to them. Questions: info@weldhost.com.

The service

WeaveCal provides AI-assisted scheduling on top of your calendar: suggestions, a planning assistant and automatic rescheduling of events you mark as flexible. Suggestions are proposals. You decide what ends up in your calendar, and changes can be undone.

Your responsibilities

• You need a Google account and are responsible for its security.
• Bookings made through connected integrations (e.g. a gym) are agreements between you and that provider; their terms and cancellation policies apply.
• Don’t misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

No warranty

WeaveCal is provided “as is”. While we work hard to schedule sensibly, we are not liable for missed appointments, double bookings, or costs arising from scheduling decisions. Always verify important commitments.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription in the future. Pricing and billing terms will be shown in the app before any purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
